Pata Celta is a sustainable project dedicated to the production, commercialisation and distribution of one of the treasures of Galician gastronomy: the Celtic pig, the most important race of pig in Galicia. The Pata Celta brand promotes, commercialises and innovates by creating new products from Celtic pigs, with the aim of recovering this native Galician breed and providing it with an added value.
