In 2015 Kike Piñeiro and Eloy Cancela opened A Horta d’Obradoiro together, at the foot of the Cathedral of Santiago de Compostela. Its kitchen is based on natural, Atlantic produce. In addition to a very detailed creation, one of its characteristics is aesthetics, often presenting the produce in the produce itself.
