Galo Celta
Galo Celta is the name of David Sueiro’s farm, located in Vila de Cruces, Pontevedra. There he breeds egg-laying hens (3,000 split among different farmlands), hens and roosters (also around 3,000 slaughtered each year), cured meats such as fuet, chorizo and cured chicken breast and well as prepared meats such as hamburgers. These have all the guarantees of being artisan, exclusive, luxurious products that are respectful of tradition.
