Pepe Ferrer is a journalist and food writer. Since 2015 he has been an Ambassador of the D.O. Vinos de Jerez (Wine of Jerez) for gastronomy. Through this role he has embarked on a constant pilgrimage through Spanish kitchens, uncovering them through previously unexplored tastings and working side by side with some of the most influential contemporary chefs.
