It is well-known that seafood from Galicia is a synonym for quality and extraordinary flavour. But to make it even clearer, the executive chef from the A Coruña restaurant Alma Negra will work at the SAL Festival with products from Sal & Laurel, an online shop that does home deliveries of Galician seafood of the highest quality in less than 18 hours.

Quality is of utmost importance for this Galician company that treats the produce (that is often still alive) with extreme delicacy, something that is fundamental so that it is still in a perfect condition when it gets delivered.
