Casa Pardo is a family restaurant with a long tradition. Since 2001, chef Eduardo Pardo Gago has led the kitchen which has been in the family for 50 years. In fact, his mother Ana Gago was one of the first innovators of Galician cuisine. The menu is synonymous with Atlantic roots and seasonal produce.
