After being so welcomed by critics and the public in Barcelona, FrancescChicón and Sergio Musso decided to move Eclectic to A Coruña. Its trademark is local produce with a nod to migration; finding the migrant influences that built Galicia within traditional recipes. It combines cutting edge cuisine with tradition, with creations that seek a contrast of colours and flavours.
