Serving flavours and smells of Peru without leaving A Coruña since 2016. La Conquista is true to Peruvian traditions, importing different ingredients that are typical of the South American country, both for its spicy dishes and its desserts and drinks. Its star dish is the ceviche, made with fresh fish and seafood from the Atlantic. To offer the distinctive characteristics of the classical Peruvian recipes, Jeferson Barrera has just got started on this adventure with chef Holger Celedonio.
