Surf, waves, fishing, and walks in the mountains with his dogs… this is what Adrián Felipez does in his free time, always looking towards nature and his immediate surroundings, as he does with his cooking. On the other hand, his culinary baggage has seen him pass through the best kitchens in Spain and the world (Bo.Tic, Punto MX, El Celler de Can Roca) before finally turning to A Coruña with MIGA; a personal project of contemporary Galician cuisine based strictly on the seasonality and market, fixed to the terrain and the moment.

He will participate in the SAL A Coruña Atlantic Flavours Festival in an Atlantic Jam Session alongside Carlos Villar (Abikore) y Diego Novas (Barrabasada).
