Rodrigo García is the executive chef and founder of Crudo Bites & Shots, an eatery located in the old town of A Coruña which brings together street aesthetics and explosive Peruvian and Mexican tastes with a Galician touch. Originally an economist, he soon left this professional to dedicate himself to his biggest passion: cuisine. Self-taught and a lover of all things pure and creative, Rodrigo started to create dishes with the same common denominator: flavour, using three basic factors for this: his grandmother’s cooking, his eagerness to travel and an exhaustive study of the produce.

He will participate in the SAL A Coruña Atlantic Flavours Festival in an Atlantic Jam Session alongside Alén Tarrío (Pampín Bar) and Chechu Rey (Hijos del Rivera).
