Green Mixology is a mixture of quality, ecology, tradition and truth, but with a premium touch. It is a way of going back to origins, to the primitive tastes of the earth in order to distil its essence. It is also a mixture of complementary personalities. This is a project from O Fogar do Santiso, that has a master mixologist with more than ten years’ experience as a premium distillates consulter, and two restaurateurs and ecological agriculturists, with more than 20 successful years in the sector, that have joined together to create True Premium products that are authentic and soulful.
