Rachel McCormack is a Scottish food critic known for her BBC radio programme The Kitchen Cabinet and for being author of Chasing the Dram, a recipe book which finds the spirit of Scottish whisky. Rachel herself says that she had the fortune of growing up in Glasgow and the good judgement to spend her 20s in Barcelona, where she learnt everything she knows about Catalan and Spanish cuisine.
At the SAL A Coruña Atlantic Flavours Festival she will give a cooking demonstration alongside the Scottish pastry chef Helen Vass.
