Passionate about the kitchen from a very young age, and trained at CSHG (Hotel Management School of Galicia) in Santiago de Compostela, the A Coruña chef Luis Veira is synonymous with Michelin Stars. The restaurant Alborada achieved its star when he was chef, and his own personal project, Árbore da Veira, gained one in 2013, just a year after opening. He is constantly experimenting, and his avant-garde cuisine is based on technical perfection and taste, without forgetting the showmanship and care of aesthetics. His previous experience explains this style, as Veira passed through the kitchens at El Celler de Can Roca, Tragabuches and El Bohío.
