Silverio Tallón, a retired civil servant brought up on the coast of France, was always passionate about foie gras and all duck delicacies. And so he stared raising moulard ducks in Vilardevós (Ourense) and making foie gras and confit of duck breasts, thighs and wings. He created Ánades de Galicia and has been in the artisan industry some time now, surprising the world from a hidden away corner in Galicia.
