The Sevillian chef Juanlu Fernández comes from five generations of Sevillian fishermen. He chose gastronomy, but without leaving the sea behind, in a true tribute to his family tradition. His gastronomic project, Cañabota, is perfect for those who love good fish, betting on quality and a large variety of species, cuts and different preparation methods. His cuisine respects the produce which is the true star of the dish.

He will take part in the SAL A Coruña Atlantic Flavours Festival in an Atlantic Jam Session alongside Alberto Lareo (Manso) and Pablo Pizarro (Bocanegra).
